Xiamen Insvac Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (INSVAC) was founded in April 2010. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, installation and service in the core fields of insulation, casting and molding.
Located in the North Industrial Zone of Jimei District, Xiamen, Fujian, the company operates extensive modern production workshops, machining centers and testing laboratories, and continuously develops advanced product series.
INSVAC products are widely used in power, automotive electronics, electronics and new energy industries, and are exported to India, South Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, the United States, Mexico and other countries and regions.

Production Bases
The company operates three coordinated manufacturing bases with continuously growing total capacity:
Xiamen Jimei HQ: 20 mu site, ~10,000 ㎡ floor area;
Zhangzhou Changtai Base: 30 mu site, ~12,000 ㎡ floor area;
Xiamen Jimei Guankou Base: 24 mu site, ~34,000 ㎡ floor area.

Since 2013, INSVAC has been continuously recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and is certified under the ISO 9001 quality management system.
As of 2026, the company holds 30 design patents, 90 utility-model patents, 14 invention patents and 14 software copyrights; 1 design patent and 4 invention patents are under application.
Milestones
2010 — INSVAC founded and ISO 9001 certified, entering insulation, casting and molding equipment.
2011 — Certified as National High-Tech Enterprise; entered automotive electronics, power and electrical fields.
2014 — Recognized as an innovative pilot enterprise; entered graphene preparation.
2017 — Developed Fujian's first HV bushing equipment; expanded into transformer, GIS insulator and wind-power fields.
2020 — Recognized as a Specialized & Innovative ("Little Giant") enterprise; rolled out capacitor whole-line equipment.
2024 — Recognized as a contract-honoring & creditworthy enterprise; "High-Precision Intelligent Pressure Molding Machine" and "Intelligent Vacuum Series Glue-Filling Equipment Industrialization" recognized as Xiamen high-tech achievement transformation projects.
2025 — Successfully delivered the insulation tie-rod equipment developer.
2026 — Built Changtai and Guankou bases, with capacity comprehensively upgraded.
